4 pieces, 6 to 8 ounce steak (any kind will work. I tend to use sirloin).
1/4 tsp of salt for each side of steak
1/4 tsp of cumin powder for each side of steak
1/4 tsp of black pepper for each side of steak
1/4 tsp of crushed garlic for each side of steak
1/4 tsp of onion powder
Sauce:
2 to 4 stalks of fresh parsley( remove stems)
2 to 4 stalks of fresh cilantro (remove stems)
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoons of water
1/2 red onion
1/2 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1teaspoon of red pepper flakes (add more if you like it spicy)
