2 Kg of lean or extra lean ground beef (i prefer lean since we like our burgers juicy)
1 medium chopped onion
2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1.5 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of mustard powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Optional ingredients:
feta cheese and olives - greek flavour
pineapple and jalapenos - hawaiian flavour
green onions and soy sauce - chinese flavour
avocado and salsa - mexican flavour
cumin, turmeric, coriander & chili powder - indian flavour
These optional ingredients can be added into the mixture so give these burgers some variety and different flavours.
Tip: If you are using extra lean, then brush some water on each side while grilling to add moisture.
