2 cups of pitted dates (don't forget to take the pits out)
3/4 cup of unsalted raw or roasted cashews
1/4 cup of powdered (slim) peanut butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
pinch of salt
2) Blend well.
3) Form paste/mixture into balls and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.
